Reese aka Hot Rod Johnny is the king at rebuilding motors. His last build was the engine for the KC's Cones/Scorpions truck. Recently, Reese viewed the commercial for Jack in the Box's new food truck. Reese informed us that it would sound a lot better than Jack's truck. The proof is in the video!

This is one of the funnest builds we have ever done. We took a home made kitchen trailer and turned into a dream commercial kitchen trailer. Everyone in the Cruising Kitchens staff put a lot of work and heart into this trailer. And as you can see, it really paid off. Thank you Adrian and Jeffery for letting us build your dream trailer!

Team 1 installs the actual serving windows for their truck while Team 2 finally installs their exhaust fans. Team 1 takes the weekend off while Team 2 works....or at least half of Team 2. Jake of Team 2 is no where to be found on Saturday. "HH" (hangover harry).

Day 2 of the Food Truck Build Off. A lot more action was filmed and a couple surprises were dropped on us. Team 1 creates their window build out which has a TV mounted in the middle of the two windows. Team 2 cuts out all their exhaust vent holes and a/c hole.

Day 1 of the Food Truck Build Off has begun and as you can see in the video, Team 1 has already jumped into a huge lead. They dropped a surprise on us with the diamond plate roof. Team 2 is taking the "slow and steady" route on their truck. Although Team 2 is behind, they reassure us that their wow factor will be worth it.
