With just one corner to go, 2011 Indy 500 leader JR Hildebrand, a rookie, lost control and hit the wall coming out of turn 4. 2005 winner Dan Wheldon then passed JR for one of the most improbable finishes to "the greatest spectacle in racing." A few days after the race Wheldon, in New York, told Jim Clash why the win was so special for him, a Brit, on Indy's 100th anniversary.
