This great fun street legal go cart is one of the funniest cars we have tuned in a while. For those who do not know, the Mazda Miata is a great handling small, light weight, well balanced sports car. This particular one has a Flyin' Miata Garrett GT28 turbo kit, upgraded fuel system, exhaust, intake and controlled by a Hydra 2.6 stand alone ECU tuned by FLI.

FLI custom tailors these electronic exhaust cutouts for cars that want to make big power but keep the exhaust decibels to a minimal. There is a momentary switch mounted inside the OEM coin tray which opens up the cutout.

This clean 2.5RS has a Japanese Spec STI Version 8 complete engine, drivetrain and brake conversion powered by a Link G4 Plug in stand alone ECU tuned by FLI. All the work was performed by the customer who did a very good job. This car made 273 whp and 268 wtq in 100% stock form (including down pipe and exhaust) on 91 Octane fuel with max boost of 19 psi tapering to 13.5 psi.
