The five of us took the "Denali Explorer" on Alaska Railroad from Fairbanks to Denali Station, stayed overnight, then continued to Anchorage. Even though the tracks continue down to Seward, Holland American doesn't run their cars from Anchorage to Seaward. Beautiful scenery. |

Video duration: 224 seconds After 19 years sitting in a barn, I take my late father's '58 Packardbaker out for a spin. 1958 was the last year for the Packard name. Only 675 of these four tail finned babies were made in Studebaker's South Bend plant. It was entirely original when I started but it needed a full interior restoration. The paint, engine and chrome are untouched, except for a good cleaning. |
