Center Console Part 1 Posted by: marsforlife
Video duration: 156 seconds Part of the time lapse is upside down sorry. The build is pretty straight forward I didn't use my normal method using 1/4" round bar. Instead I used the rollers on my slip form roller to bend the metal around. The initial shape was rather uninteresting so I changed it up you'll see in the next part. |

Plymouth Floors 2 Posted by: marsforlife
Video duration: 191 seconds I need to finish weld everything and then start the trans tunnel. I'm not sure what I'm going to do about it yet. I kind of want to do something fancy and high tech but you'll have to wait and see! |

Plymouth Dash Part 3 Posted by: marsforlife
Video duration: 207 seconds Today I was able to get the material I needed so I could continue on. It took me of a ton of time to make 4 pieces... I know these things take time and I think it will be worth it in the end. I had to use the my cheapo planishing hammer to form some of the curved pieces. I'm tired and that's all I have to report... :/ |

Plymouth Dash Part 2 Posted by: marsforlife
Video duration: 212 seconds Today was kind of a slow day, I tried to buy more sheet metal except for the supplier was closed. Not really a big deal just really annoying. I was able to form three pieces before I ran out. Hopefully, tomorrow I can get the supplies I need to press on. Thanks for tuning in again guys! Matt |

Plymouth Trans tunnel build up part 1 Posted by: marsforlife
Video duration: 177 seconds I spent the day making the top half of a removable trans tunnel for the '53 Plymouth Belvedere. I had to make a frame out of round bar first to make things easier. In the next installment I'll start the sheet metal part and then cut the round bar frame out when I'm done. |

After some more tuning. Posted by: marsforlife
Video duration: 51 seconds I had tuned the with warm up wizard the night before. I still need to work on the cold starts, it seems like it is not getting enough fuel for start up and too much at more than part throttle. It'll rev to about 3000 rpm now until it gets choked out with fuel. |

Video duration: 49 seconds Just got my drive shaft for the 37 and now its time to see if it can stand up to what I dish out.. The valve guides on the passanger side head were shot thats why it has that weird blubbery sound, But, listen to everyones inital reactions after I start to pull away. |

1937 GMC RAT ROD on air ride in the front Posted by: marsforlife
Video duration: 15 seconds Here is my top secret front air bag set up in action its really stealthy and fools people all of the time. And it does work well with a 4" dropped I-Beam axle and provides a nice smooth ride. It looks bounce since I need some shocks up front. I've since removed this set up for a buggy spring or some coil overs, if you want to know how to set up the front bags let me know and I will tell you. |
